Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wealthy Healthy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Wealthy Healthy is a personal wealth-tracking application with an AI-assisted chat experience. It is designed to help you manually record and review information about your assets, values, currencies, countries, and valuation history, and to view calculated totals, allocations, and changes over time. The service does not currently connect to brokerage accounts or execute financial transactions. It does not transfer money, process payments, or provide subscriptions.
3. Accounts
You sign in using Google and must use an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and service sessions secure and for activity under your account. We may revoke or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or address misuse.
4. Your Information and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide and should keep it accurate and lawful. You must not use the service to violate another person's rights, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or submit malicious code or unlawful content.
5. AI Features
The service uses artificial intelligence to respond to chat requests about your tracked wealth. Relevant account and wealth context may be used to answer a request. When you explicitly ask, the assistant may perform supported actions such as creating, updating, renaming, or archiving a tracked asset, or changing your reporting currency. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Review important results independently and do not rely on the assistant as your only source for important decisions.
6. Financial Disclaimer
The service is primarily a wealth-tracking and informational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice; recommend or solicit investments; determine whether a transaction is suitable for you; or guarantee valuations, exchange rates, calculations, or AI output. It does not execute trades or other financial transactions. You are responsible for decisions you make using the service. Consult a qualified professional for advice appropriate to your circumstances.
7. Third-Party Services
The service relies on third parties, including Google for authentication, OpenAI for AI functionality, Frankfurter for exchange-rate information, and infrastructure providers for hosting and data storage. Third-party outages, changes, or errors may affect the service or its results. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Availability and Changes
Features and content may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons outside our control. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted in the service with a revised date, together with any notice required by applicable law.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for security, misuse, legal reasons, or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the service at any time. The app does not currently provide an in-app account-deletion feature. Archiving an asset removes it from active tracking but does not delete its stored valuation history.
10. Intellectual Property
The service, including its software, design, branding, and content supplied by us, belongs to Malik Shahzeb Khan or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You retain your rights in the information and content you provide. You give us only the rights reasonably needed to operate, secure, and provide the service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular needs. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Malik Shahzeb Khan will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for losses arising from reliance on wealth information, AI output, exchange rates, service interruptions, or unauthorized access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide any notice required by applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
